He is survived by his parents, Wes and Ginger Jacobs; sister, Leslie Jacobs; brother, David Jacobs; paternal grandparents, Jim and Carol Jacobs; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Morris and Jean Griffin.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, Sept. 6, from 4-8 p.m. at Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Funeral Home, 407 Jerry St., Castle Rock, CO. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 55 N. Jefferson St., Monument, CO. Interment will follow in Spring Valley Cemetery at Larkspur, CO.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Craig Hospital, In Memory of Jon Jacobs, 3425 S. Clarkson St., Englewood, CO 80113.
