Joe was always in good humor and very approachable.  Having known him through our son, John, and his daughter Cathi, Joe will be missed sorely.  He was an expert at making the best green chile.  Leon will miss Joe's very strong handshake and I willl miss his smile.

 Often, the most cherished memorys are from Childhood. Although I haven't seen Joe for many years,there isn't a week that goes by that I don't think of him. As a kid, I would wander across Colorado Blvd. and hang-out at the Gas Station where Joe worked. Even though I was a pain in the butt kid, Joe would put up with my countless questions, and smart mouthed retorts. 
As the years went by I would follow him around to the different Stations that he ran. Even as a teenager, and young man, he was honest, hard working,reliable and someone that everyone could count on! I dearly remember the Lull times at the Stations, when he would talk about the Legendary Cars & Motorcycles of those times, the Names of which are Chiseled in my mind. He instilled his passion for things mechanical into me that is my hobby & passion today. In my heart he was like a brother to me. My Thoughts & Prayers are with your Family & Friends. I have known Joe since 1962, he was such a good-hearted person - none better.  I know how much you all will miss him.  I wish you peace, love and prayers.
