Justin Dane Vanderpool, 35, passed away on June 13, 2021 in Dillon, Colorado, a place he loved to spend his time. Even though he left this world too soon, his humor and laughter were infectious to all of those around him. Justin loved to golf, especially the course at Plum Creek and South Surburban. In his younger years he was an amazing skier and spent time with his father in the mountains motorcycle riding and snowmobiling. Justin graduated high school from J K Mullen High School and college from the University of Northern Colorado. Justin played football and lacrosse both in high school and college. He went on to have many adventures including living out of state and amazing vacations with friends and family. Justin also enjoyed attending regular church services at Plum Creek Church. He was loved by so many people and will be missed deeply.
Justin is survived by his mother, Janice Vanderpool, his sister, Jessica Vanderpool, his brother-in-law, Colin Swanson, his beloved dogs Maui and Happy and lots of friends and family that loved him very much. He is predeceased by his father, John Vanderpool, and both maternal and paternal grandparents.
Funeral services will be held at Plum Creek Church, 960 I-25, Castle Rock, CO 80104 on Wednesday, June 30th at 3 pm. Following the service will be a celebration of life gathering at the church with refreshments.
A memorial service will also be held at Battle Grove Cemetery, 531 E Pike St., Cynthiana, KY 41031 on Saturday, July 10th at 12 pm.
Justin will never be forgotten and we will love him forever.
