It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Kathleen Lorraine Adkinson, who passed away peacefully on August 9, 2025, in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Kathleen dedicated over 30 years to nursing, caring deeply for her patients and her family. She raised three children while building a life filled with love, strength, and compassion. She also loved mission trips and touched many lives with her faith.
She is survived by her sister Cindy Grow; brother Fred Grow; daughters Leigh Massey and Denise Torres; daughter-in-law Nana Prakopchaem; son-in-law Brandon Massey; and her grandchildren: Joey (Megan), Hannah (Alex), Zachary, Samuel, Jacob, Mikayla, Kaleigh, Isaiah, Miu, and Nina.
She is preceded in death by her son Ian Adkinson, grandson Sebastian Torres, and her mother Irene Grow.
A celebration of Kathleen's life will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 11:00 am at Desert Breeze Church, 17600 Black Canyon Hwy., Phoenix, AZ 85053. Refreshments at the church will follow the service.
She will be forever missed and always remembered.
