Kelly Scott Judy was born 6/27/74 in Cheyenne, WY to Don and Retta Judy. He moved with family to Longmont, CO in 1976. He went to school in Longmont and graduated from Skyline High. He moved to Loveland, CO and started THE WRENCH Automotive Repair business.
Kelly studied communications , self educated in this field he moved to Larkspur, CO where he founded Kellin Communications. He built towers and created a broadband business through rural Colorado, and all his dedicated employees. He so much loved challenges and loved engineering and fabricating with his welding abilities. He loved his animals including his dogs and enjoyed working at the Ranch.
He is survived by his Mother and Father Retta and Don Judy, Sister Rochelle Wanberg, his beloved nephew Chad Wanberg and niece Rhiannah Prescott, his Grandfather Don Judy Sr., his Uncles Dan Judy (Yvonne), David Judy (Pixie), his Aunts Debbie Schwartzkopf (Steve), Diane Rowland (Terry), and Vicci Carter (Jerry). He has many cousins, employees, and friends that will sincerely miss him.
