Michael Daniel Fisher, age 54, died at his home in rural Kiowa on December 4 2014. Born September 13, 1960 in Pittsburg PA. Mike attended Sts. Peter and Paul School in Wheat Ridge, and Regis Jesuit High School in Denver and graduated from Regis in 1978. On July 11 1997, Mike and Margarete (Maul) were married. They have one daughter, Anna.
Mike was a member of Elbert Christian Church and was most proud when his daughter Anna decided to follow Jesus.
Mike will be especially remembered for being a hard-head, with a big heart. Anytime he had an opportunity, he would share his love for Jesus, with anyone. He loved breakfast with his friends Jerry and Roger, discussing politics and faith.
Survivors include his loving wife, Margarete of Kiowa, Patricia Fisher of Denver, Mark (Jo Ann) Fisher of Wheat Ridge, Dave (Vickie) Fisher of Augusta ME, Hannah Bethke of Denver, Anna Fisher of Kiowa.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 13th at 11 A.M. at Elbert Christian Church, Elbert, CO. Burial will be at Elbert Cemetery of Elbert Co. Relatives and friends are welcome at Elbert Christian Church for a community lunch, after the interment.
