Rebecca "Becky" Sue Davis

Rebecca (Becky) Sue Davis, 72, of Castle Rock, Colorado, passed away and returned to her Savior on October 15th, 2025. Rebecca was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on October 5th, 1953 to parents Harold and Enid Davis. She studied accounting at Rick’s College and later went to the University of Phoenix to study IT. Rebecca was married to her sweetheart, Douglas Davis, 42 years ago in March of 1983, and they were sealed in the temple. Soon after they moved to Denver, in 1990 and again in 1992, she adopted her two children LeeAnn and William (Bill).

Rebecca had many careers in her life, but her favorite was her career with the Department of Revenue for the State of Colorado. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints who she served a mission for in Brussels as a young woman. Becky had a passion for computers and technology that returned her to college as a young mother. She also had a passion for playing the piano, gardening, watching period pieces, and spending time with her best friends.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Douglas and her children, LeeAnn and Bill. She is also survived by her son-in-law, Will; and her grandchildren Sebastian, Christin and Kyrian. Becky is survived by her brothers and sisters Bart (Marion), Kreg (Aurora), William (Lynda), Ben (Deborah), Melissa (Leonard), Kari (Ron); and her sister-in-law, Yu Wen Yang Davis (Sherry). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and beloved by many friends.

Flowers may be sent to the Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Chapel at 407 Jerry Street, Castle Rock ,CO 80104. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any cause that furthers education. Her funeral will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, in the Meadows of Castle Rock, October 27th 2025 at 11am with a viewing at 10am. She will be laid to rest in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Castle Rock.
