Ronald Eugene Christensen

Ronald age 72, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday February 22, 2015 at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. Ronald was born on December 8, 1942 to Harlan and Edna Christensen at St. Joseph's Hospital at Alliance, NE.

In 1960, Ronald graduated from Alliance High School and then attended Kearney State College, graduation in 1966. After graduating from college, he moved to Denver, Colorado and began working for Stearn's-Roger Corp. Later he went on his own and become a manufacturer's representative for several companies.

Ronald met Leslie and they were married at Bethany Lutheran Church on August 9, 1974, where he was a member for many years. In his retirement years, he and Leslie enjoyed traveling together and experienced several cruises together.

Ronald is survived by his wife Leslie, his sister Shirley (Wayne) McCart of Hemingford NE, his sons Judd Christensen of Omaha NE., Scott (Jennifer) Christensen of Mancos, CO, Jon (Cynthia) Christensen of Okinawa, Japan, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many close friends and relatives.

Ronald is preceded in death by his parents, his father-in-law, along with several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church in Cherry Hills Village, CO on March 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
