Ronald Eugene Singer

Ronald Eugene Singer was born November 8, 1938 in Las Animas, Colorado and passed away June 16, 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents Mildred M. Singer and Willis L. Singer. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Melba R. Singer, son Gregory L. Singer (Michelle Singer), and grandchildren Colin and Jordann. He is also survived by a sister Eileen Morrissey (Michael F.) and brother Edward Singer (Judy and many nieces and nephews.

Ron was a custom home builder on 19 years and home inspector for 25 years. Ron had a passion for playing golf and always could be seen attending his grandchildrens' sports practice and games -- never missing a one. Ron enjoyed walking at Morse Park with his wife and little dog, Mitzy, stopping to chat with many old friends and many new acquaintances. Ron was a true genuine person, always loyal to all, true to his word; he will be missed by everyone that he touched.

Friends may call at the Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Funeral Home, 407 Jerry Street, Castle Rock, Colorado, for visitation on June 22, from 5-8 PM, and a service will be held on June 23 at 11:00 AM at the same location. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association are requested.
