Dr. Higgins was a member of ASMG for just shy of 22 years, from 1985 through 2007, and was a member of the Outpatient Subgroup when he retired. He and his wife, Cathy, subsequently moved to Castle Rock, Colorado.
A memorial mass for William will be held Monday, November 21, 2022 at 12:00 PM at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 2747 Fifth St., Castle Rock, CO.
