Barbara Frey, age 92, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away surrounded by her loving family on September 17, 2025. Barbara is survived by her son W. Richard Frey (Cynthia) and daughter Barbara Barnowich. Beloved sister of David Dimler, Tom Dimler and Jane Marx (Charles), grandchildren Jim Frey (Amanda), Tom Frey, Kate Reigart (Dan), John Frey, Elizabeth Frey and Will Frey, Alex Barnowich (Holly) and Chrissy Fundora (Miguel). Great grandchildren J.J. Frey, Ginny Frey, Annabella Barnowich, Alena Barnowich and Andrew Fundora. She was predeceased by her loving husband William Frey, parents George and Gertrude Dimler, brother G. Richard Dimler S.J. and sister Mary Claire Roth.
A visitation for Barbara will he held on Friday September 26, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, 1630 Edmondson Ave. Catonsville, Md. 21228. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday September 27, 2025, 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, 711 Maiden Choice Ln. Catonsville, Md. 21228. Burial to follow at New Cathedral Cemetery.
