On June 21, 2025; BETTY LEE BLACKBURN passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Richard C. Blackburn; loving mother of David Paul Blackburn, Mark Thomas Blackburn (Hesperia), Kevin John Blackburn, and the late Cynthia Jean Blackburn; devoted grandmother of Evangeline Marie and Lili Maleia Blackburn.
Family will receive friends from 7-9PM on Thursday, June 26 at STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC., 1630 Edmondson Ave, Catonsville, MD 21228. A funeral service will be celebrated 2PM, Friday, June 27 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2001 Old Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228. Interment in St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
