Billie Jean Taylor, nee Seeberger, born November 29, 1946, passed away peacefully December 2, 2025. She is survived by her sister, Carol; nieces and nephew-in-law, Daryl, Suzy, and David; great nephews and niece, Ryland, Grayson, and Lucy; and cousins, Cathy and Jack.
Jean was proud of her long, successful career with Baltimore County Public Schools, and loved spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered for her kind and loving heart, and will be missed dearly. Jean reunites with her husband, Joseph Taylor, who preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, located at 711 Maiden Choice Ln, Catonsville, MD, 21228, on December 10, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm.
Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery & Chapel, Woodlawn Cemetery, Baltimore, MD, 21207.
