On November 15, 2011; C. Donald Waters, Sr.; beloved husband of the late Mary Agnes Waters (nee Borowski); cherished father of Mary Beth Audy and her husband Ed; C. Donald Waters, Jr.; T.J. Waters and her husband Tony Parrott, Patti Hittel and her husband David; loving grandfather of Ryan, Clare, James and Katie Audy, Maggie and Charlie Waters, Lily Parrott, Sadie Straughn, Jason, Michael and Christina Hittel. He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 AM Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 5976 Old Washington Road; Elkridge, MD 21075.
