On May 16, 2015, Charles “Chuck” Payne Jr. of Granite, MD; Beloved husband of Linda Payne (nee Bertrand); Devoted son of Barbara and the late Charles Payne Sr.; Loving father of Lauren, Ryan, Robby, and Ben Payne; Dear brother of Sue Bianco and husband Tom, Mike Payne and wife Mary Jane, Andy Payne and wife Joan, Linda Caton and husband Walt, and John Payne and wife Amy; Cherished son-in-law of Jim and Jean Bertrand, Loving brother-in-law of Bill and Pam Bertrand, and Tom and Lisa Bertrand. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, May 20, 2015, 11:00am at the St. Agnes, Catholic Church, 5422 Old Frederick Rd., Baltimore, MD 21229. Interment New Cathedral Cemetery.
