On July 1, 2016, Charles W. Shipley Jr., Beloved husband of Carol A. Shipley ( nee Riker) devoted father of Nelson Shipley, Mari Shipley, Charles W. Shipley III, Virginia Sharff, and Eric Shipley; he is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Shipley was a former member of the Baltimore County Auxiliary Police.
