On June 29, 2019 Charlotte May Allen passed away; She was predeceased by her parents, John Charles and Mae Hugh Williams, and by her brother and sister-in-law, Charles Jr. and Edna Allen; She was survived by her cousins, Myrna Halteman, Sharon Jones, Bob Williams, John Sedlins, Bill King and Denny Gray.
