On February 20, 2018; CHARLOTTE BROWN HARLAN passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Hon. Edwin H. W. Harlan, Jr.; loving mother of Edwin H.W. Harlan III, Anne Harlan-Fortucci, Patricia Harlan Sanders, Mary Margaret Harlan Records; cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren; dear sister of the late A. Freeborn Brown, T. Carroll Brown, and Harriet R. Brown.
Family will receive friends from 10-11AM on Friday, March 2nd at Our Lady of the Angels Chapel, 711 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, MD 21228; a Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM. Interment is private. Arrangements by Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Maryland, 1850 York Road, Suite D, Timonium, MD 21093.
