Cheryl Ann Kraska

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sherri Kraska, age 66, who passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025. A beloved mother, sister, and grandmother, Sherri was a kind and caring soul whose warmth and generosity touched everyone she knew.

Sherri was born with a heart full of love, and she shared that love unconditionally throughout her life. She is survived by her devoted brother, Frank Crea and his wife Tracy; her loving sons, Phillip Kraska and his wife Jessica, and Alexander Kraska and his wife Ashley; and her cherished grandchildren, Camryn, Colette, and Joseph. Sherri’s family was the light of her life, and she took great joy in watching her grandchildren grow, always sharing in their laughter, accomplishments, and milestones.

Sherri had a special way of making everyone feel welcome and valued. She was a friend to all, known for her kind spirit, infectious smile, and unwavering support for those in need. Sherri was a passionate advocate for the community through her service with the Veterans Administration in Baltimore City, and an avid fan of the Great British Baking Show. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, kindness and total dedication to family.

A visitation will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph's Monastery, located at 3801 Old Frederick Road at Monastery Avenue, Baltimore, MD, 21229.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Sherri’s memory to the St. Joseph’s Monastery or a charity of your choice. She will be forever remembered for her selflessness, her deep love for her family, and her enduring kindness.

May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love she gave so freely.
