Mommy, life doesn't get easier. Everyday is a constant battle trying to go on without you. I don't even know who I am anymore.  I have always prided myself on being a strong woman, the woman you raised but I am not her I am so weak and plagued by grief. I can't get up in the mornings. I am so depressed trying to live life without a piece of my heart. Everyday I cry for you one way or another. It's just not fair maybe I am being selfish and I need to woman up and as you would say put my big girl panties on but it's so hard. I am 100% lost and broken. Nothing makes me losing you any better.  I will keep trying to push on the best I can for Conner. I love you so much.

My sweet sister, 1 year has passed since you left us. There has not been 1 day when you are not on my mind. My heart aches for you but I know you are loved where you are.  We will carry on down here but another piece of my heart is missing. I have lost so many. You left out of order. You always told me that you couldn't imagine life without me. This week has been so hard for me time is not healing its making it worse....worse because of the realization of you not being here and ill never see you again. No one gets me no one understands me like you. You grew me inside of you and raised me and taught me all I know and I am so lost without you. Life isn't fair.

Its just not fair. I miss you so much I yearn to feel your touch and hear you voice smell your scent.  Life is just not as happy anymore. Theres a big piece of my heart missing and I just cant get right because of it. The only way to deal is to not deal. The days are masked with other thoughts because the thought of you not being here is too unbareable. It wasnt ur time. Everyone has gotten back to their lives and happiness but ours will never be so happy because queen bee is gone. You were the realist person I ever met in my life and I loved that about you. memories are all I have now and atleast I have those. I love you you more than life itself. Hello Col, It has been 2 months now since you've been gone. The world is an empty place without you, especially mine. I still have problems accepting that you are no longer here but I know it's true. You were supposed to have so much more time with your kids, their children, your family and friends and me. The time that has gone by has not lessened the torture of being without you but just amplified how much your loss means to us. My days with you helped create in me something that is now no longer there and will never return. I will do my best to be there for your children and their children in your absence. I could never replace you but merely attempt to imitate your expressions of love. They are hurting really bad and miss you dearly. I know that you must have enjoyed reuniting with your Mom and Dad and the rest of your family. I am sure we will feel the same when our time comes as well. You left a mark while you were here. You can find that mark in the same place on every person...........in their heart. Thank you my love for what you have given to me and what you have given to others. I hold you tightly in my heart and think of you always and for that I am eternally grateful. To have a love for someone like this, albeit short and brief, is a miracle in itself. I don't know where to begin. We have been friends for twenty some years. We had so many good times through out those years. Who will I send my cartoons or jokes to that only our weird sense of humors would get or when we looked at each other and would be thinking the same thing and bust out laughing. My heart is with you right now . I had never met ms Colleen until recently. For those of you who don't know, my father passed away this past December . I was devastated from it. Feeling alone and lacking comfort through the pain, ms Colleen reached out to me. She did not know me personally. She only knew of me through Amanda Goldstein. I found comfort through her kind words . I no longer felt scared or alone. I will always remember her for her kindness and I will cherish the first and only time I met her. All of you are forever in my prayers and I will continue to pray that you find comfort and heal in due time through all of this.

I've known Colleen for a short while. Colleen made feel like a part of the family. I instantly fell in love with her and entire family. I will miss Colleen, but I'm glad I had a chance to meet her, even if it was for a minute.  I feel Bless as result of knowing Colleen and her family.

I have known Colleen for a very long time. There were times that we didn't see eye, but she always spoke her mind. She always kept an eye on everybody and especially her 3 beautiful girls that in turn out to be 3 beautiful young ladies. Colleen did a great. Shannon, Danielle and Amanda.  I have been trying to sign this guestbook all day.  Been having a hard time.  Very mad at the world right now, as I am sure you are.  Here's me trying to say the right thing.  Your mom had the wonderful ability to protect what she needed to.  You girls, were the top of that list.  I know that, and anyone who knew Colleen knew that.  I always wanted her on my side, and for the most part she was.  I loved your mother and will miss her everyday for the rest of my life.

Words cannot express how I feel right now. To her daughters- Mom will always be looking down on you and will be proud to see how you grow and continue on without her although it will be the hardest thing you will ever do. She loved you and loves you still. Look for pennies on the ground and know that , when you find one, it is a penny from heaven that she dropped to let you know she is by your side. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I too will miss her greatly!

I held her in my arms when she 1st arrived in this world...my baby sister.  So beautiful and tiny. I had the pleasure to watch her grow into a beautiful woman, loving Mom and Mom Mom to her daughters and grandchildren. She married her best friend and I celebrated their union. I can't bare to lose her but I know she is always with us and wants us to keep our family strong and close. Good Night my sweet, loving sister....I love you always...We will be together again in the future.

I met Colleen the spring of 1994. She always said what was on her mind, welcomed everyone and was always a friend willing to lend a hand regardless of what was going on in her life.  These past few years I have seen Colleen the happiest.  She was married to her best friend, her daughters were growing into beautiful woman and her grandchildren made her life even more complete.  She loved each of you with all that she had and that was a lot.  I am glad that she considered us friends.  She will be missed by many.  When talking about my friends, my youngest always asks, "Do I know him/her?" Whenever Colleen's name came up we said yes you do.  She is the lady who gave you the candy at Ms. Jen's funeral back in 2006.  He smiles remembering that moment with her.  Thinking of you all.

My sincerest condolences to Colleen's family. Such a tragic, unexpected loss. I hope she rests in peace and that her family is consoled by their loving memories of her.

May the days, weeks, months and years to come be filled with cherished memories.....as Colleen has departed the flesh and will continue to love us, feed us, nurture us in her spirit......that wisp of air blowing by your ear is Colleen speaking, laughing and loving us still.....

I will miss Ms. Colleen. With a big heart, she threw parties, gave real advice, and raised 3 of the smartest, strongest girls I've come to know. Thank you Ms. Colleen for the gift of best friends. I see your light shine  through them.

I could never say in words the hurt I feel for the loss of my mother. She was everything to me and my sisters. She sacrificed so much for us and the thought of never feeling her embrace again or seeing her face in front of us getting a hug or kiss.
