Concetta Rosalie Fowler (nee Glorioso), born on February 25, 1937, passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 88. A resident of Westminster, Maryland, she was known for her dedication to her family and her warm, caring nature.
Connie was predeceased by her son, Tony Line. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Landsman (Jeffrey), Barbara Reich, Sherrie Brown (Robert), and Lisa Perry. Her legacy continues through her ten grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild who will cherish her memory and the love she shared with them.
Her life was marked by her devotion to her family, and she will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
A funeral service will be held at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, located at 1630 Edmondson Ave, Catonsville, MD, 21228, on February 4, 2026, from 3:30 pm to 4:15 pm. Following the service, visitation will take place at the same location from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
A graveside service will be conducted at New Cathedral Cemetery, 4300 Old Frederick Rd, Baltimore, MD, 21229, on February 5, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:15 am.
