On September 22, 2025; Devin Amber O’Neil-Waters passed away. She is the beloved wife of Wesley, Waters, Jr.; loving mother of Meredith O’Neil- Waters and Mia Waters; dear nieces of Dawn Nearhood, Stewart O’Neil, and David O’Neil and their families. Devin is also survived by a host of cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Scott and Dot O’Neil; brother, Scott O’Neil; grandparents, Francis and Mary; and aunt, Janice O’Neil Cogburn.
