I am so sorry to hear of Don’s passing. He was a kind neighbor with a big smile. The kids will always remember him as the guy that gave out full size candy bars at Halloween!
You will be in our prayers.

I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE ROCK FISH/BLUE FISH TOURNAMENT THAT DON ASKED ME TO SIGN UP FOR AS PART OF A 4 MAN CREW, COUNTING HIMSELF. IT WAS VERY SOON AFTER HE ACQUIRED HIS BOAT, THE "MARLOU," AND GOT HIS CAPTAIN'S/CHARTER LICENSE. BEING A NEW SKIPPER HE WANTED TO DO WELL IN THE EYES OF ALL THE OLD LONG TIME SKIPPERS IN/AROUND SOLOMON, MD WHERE HE KEPT HIS BOAT DOCKED. BOTTOM LINE: WE CAUGHT THE RIGHT FISH THAT PRODUCED FOR HIM AND ALL WALKED AWAY WITH BROWN GROCERY BAGS FULL OF MONEY.......WE WON BIG TIME WHICH WE HOPED SPARKED HIS CHARTER FISHING BUSINESS.
DON WAS A GREAT GUY AND SEEMED REALLY HAPPY ON THE WATER. HE WILL BE DEEPLY MISSED BY ALL.

TIGHT LINES OLD FRIEND,
