On July 14, 2016; FRANCES A. GARCIA passed away. She is the beloved wife of Robert Garcia; loving daughter of the late William and Margaret (nee Pulaski) Smith; dear sister of the late Louis C. Smith. Frances is also survived by several cousins.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 19 from 4-8PM at Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11AM, Wednesday, July 20 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 101 Church Lane, Pikesville, MD 21208. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to American Cancer Society, 405 Williams Court, Suite 120, Baltimore, MD 21220.
