Judi was a devoted wife to John, caring for him until his death. She shared his love of trains and history, and even after his passing she maintained her membership to various historical and railroad societies. She would invite friends on scenic train tours to see the spring and fall foliage as well as to walk and see the sights in downtown Frederick, MD. She was a dedicated member of the CCBC Owings Mills and Randallstown Centers teams, seeing the offices through various leadership transitions and the milestone move of CCBC Owings Mills into its current location in 2013.
Education and learning were important to Judi. She enjoyed learning new skills and techniques as a baker from culinary art shows. She attended college diligently over the years, earning credits toward an Associates Degree. Being an avid reader, Judi would always participate in CCBCs's Community Book Connection annual reading, and would promote a love of reading to those who crossed her path by showing her support of Baltimore County Public Library's Summer Reading Program. Her love of music and animals was only surpassed by the love she had for those with whom she worked and for whom she cared.
Judi was predeceased by her parents and brother, William Stup. She is survived by her children, Joseph Page (Nikki) and Stephanie Shaffer, her sisters Patsy Wiles-Bowers (Jim) and Terri Grimm (John), her nieces Kacie, Morgan (Brody), Lexie and great-niece, Paisley. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her including her friends, family and colleagues.

A funeral service will occur Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Loudon Park Cemetery.
