Dear Don;
I'm so sorry to hear of Mary's passing.  I just received the news Monday.  Had I known earlier I would have been at Saturday's service.  You were such wonderful and kind neighbors for so many years. Mary, I know that we did not see each other as often as I would like to have, but I have some really wonderful memories of the times we did spend together. You were always loving, kind, and forgiving to me. The last time I saw you at Crisy's house you said to me the words, "I love you." You have no idea how special those words made me feel. Although I cry at the thought of never seeing you again here on Earth, I know that I will see you again. You will be missed greatly in the meantime. I love you!

We were honored to meet Mary during the final days of her beautiful life.  Her strength, courage, spirit, and grace were a tremendous inspiration and will not be forgotten.

Mary had a way of making you feel special to her. She was an excellent listener.

Mary has been an example for me, willing and able to speak her mind with gracious and direct words.  Her love for our Lord, her appreciation of all He has given, and her loving relationship with her family have been a constant reminder of the person I strive to be.  I didn't treasure her enough here, but as we are not with her, she is with God and no longer in pain.  I rejoice for her but struggle to find the right words to provide comfort to you, Don and Brad.  If I can provide any assistance, please do let me know.  I love you both and want to treasure you while we still have this time on earth.

Ms. Mary was so dear to our family.  She encouraged us with her faith in The Lord as well as with her generous love.

 I was surprised to hear of Mary's Homegoing. Take comfort in the fact that she is with the Lord now. I'll try to make it there Saturday but I'm not sure if I will. God Bless you my Brother.

Mr. Lampe and Brad I am so saddened by the passing of your wife and mother. It has taken me some time to try and compose my words and express my sorrow from her passing and my love of Mrs.Lampe. I have so many wonderful memories of her. As college roommates Brad you and I spent plenty of time at your parent's house. Your mom was a wonderful person and quite honestly always made me feel like a son in her home. She had such a way of making me feel loved and welcome. It was so awesome to see her recently at your wedding. She had the unique ability to listen and counsel quietly in the same breath. As young men, often in life that is exactly what is needed as you go out into the world and make choices. One thing that she always reminded us of as we left the house was to "Be Wise". I will miss her and hearing that invaluable message. Please know this Brad and Mr. Lampe my family's condolences and deepest sympathy are with you and that we are here for whatever you need!
