On June 13, 2017, Naomi Warrington Starr passed away at the Charlestown Retirement Community. She was married to Edward Starr III until his death in 1984. She is survived by her daughter, Susan; grandson, Craig (Kimberly); and three great-grandchildren. Services will be private.
