On July 18, 2015, Norman Frederick Dubner; Beloved husband of Diane Dubner( nee Harris); devoted father of Paula Elms, Kevin Dubner, Pamela Allenbaugh and husband Kevin, Bradley Dubner, and Andrea Hazzard and husband Christopher; loving grandfather of Jeremy Dubner, Caleb Hazzard, Levi Hazzard, Maria Hazzard, and Josiah Hazzard, cherished great grandfather of Trakeese and Laroderick Dubner.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 , 10:30 a.m. at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 929 Ingleside Ave. Catonsville, MD 21228.
