Patrick Edward Perry

On August 1, 2025; Patrick Edward Perry passed away. He is the beloved brother of Charles, John, Thomas, Timothy, and James Perry, Mary Boehl, and Margaret Himmel. Pat is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

As a student at Mount Saint Joseph High School, Pat played baseball for three years, earning one varsity letter. He returned in 1983 as the junior varsity head baseball coach until 2009. During this time, he led the team to a record of 429-163, six MSA “A” Conference Championships, and four MIAA “A” Conference Championships. Pat’s talent and dedication to the junior varsity baseball program helped develop many players who would be successful at the varsity level. Pat also served as varsity assistant basketball coach from 1986 to 1991 and was inducted into the Mount Saint Joseph Athletics Hall of Fame on September 7, 2019.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 13 from 10-11AM at St. Joseph Monastery, 3801 Old Frederick Rd. at Monastery Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21229. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11AM. Interment in New Cathedral Cemetery.

Prayer Before Competition

Lord, let me hold no grudges against coaches, officials or my competitors today. No matter what they do, no matter how wicked, please allow me to forgive.
