Richard Edgar Starsoneck, age 96, of Catonsville, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2023. He was the husband of the late Doris (nee Goodman) Starsoneck; beloved father of Richard L. Starsoneck and wife Kathy, Daniel M. Starsoneck and wife Marguerite, Scott A. Starsoneck and wife Allison; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Interment will be private.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday September 30, 2023 at Charlestown Chapel (Our Lady of the Angels), 719 Maiden Choice Lane, Catonsville, 21228 at 12 Noon, the family will greet friends from 11:30 a.m. till 12 noon at the chapel a luncheon will follow at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
