On July 6, 2023, Rogelio Sim Liu entered eternal rest. He is the beloved husband of Florangel Sarmiento Liu; loving father of Juliedith Collaguazo and husband Rene, Esmeralda Matthews and her husband Jeffrey, and Donnajeanne Liu-Young and her husband Casey; devoted grandfather of Vaneza Collaguazo; dear brother of Corazon Liu, Benjamin Liu, Abeth Quintos, Consuelo Dill, Neil Liu, and the late Lamberto Liu and Rose Breguera.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 20 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at the Sterling-Ashton-Schwab-Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11am, Friday, July 21 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Piscataway, 13401 Piscataway Road, Clinton, MD 20735. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
Immediately following the interment, the family invites friends to join them for a repass near St. Mary’s Church and requests to be contacted directly for details.
