On March 1, 2011, Thelma Elizabeth Goins passed away. She is the beloved wife of the late Rufus G. Goins; loving mother of Jerry Goins and wife Margaret, Richard Goins and wife Li Na, Carolyn Mullins and husband Kenny, Tammie Johnson and husband Edward, Barbara Hartmand and husband Fran; cherished grandmother of Gregory Goins, Jason Goins, Bobbi Jo Owens, Jimmy Harris, Erica Goins, Stephanie Goins, Jeremy Goins and E.J. Johnson; devoted great grandmother of five great grandchildren; dear sister of Veda Jones and Gladys Owens.
Family will receive friends on Sunday from 4-6PM at STERLING-ASHTON-SCHWAB-WITZKE FUNERAL HOME OF CATONSVILLE, INC.; 1630 Edmondson Avenue; Catonsville, MD 21228. A graveside service will be celebrated 9:30AM, Monday at Good Shepherd Cemetery in Ellicott City.
