Arvid Carl Anderson

Arvid attended and graduated from North High School of Denver in 1952. While working at Millers supermarket in North Denver, he met his soon to be wife Barbara Jean Rhyno. The two soon began dating and were married on June 17th, 1956 and remained married to each other for 69 years until his death on October 13th 2025.

Arvid was a devoted, loving and caring father, and along with Barbara raised 3 beautiful children while living in Englewood, Colorado.

Arvid was employed and worked his entire career with Lockheed Martin as a Design Engineer on many notable projects throughout his entire 36 year career there.

Arvid is survived by his wife Barbara, his eldest daughter Tanya Greb, Son Arvid M. Anderson, youngest Daughter Sharla Coday, 7 Grandchildren, and 9 Great Grandchildren.

Arvid leaves a legacy of hard work, love, and devotion, that will live on through his Children, Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and the many lives he touched along the way throughout his long life.

Arvids final wishes were to be cremated, and a memorial service will be held for him on Thursday October 23rd at 10:00 am in the Spruce room at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, located at 6601 South Colorado Boulevard in Centennial, Colorado 80121
