The account has been setup at Colorado State Bank and Trust under the name of the Charlene J Cook Contribution Fund. The account routing # for wire transfers, direct deposits, and ACH’s is 102000607 and the actual account # is 8093794736. As well, the account can be searched for on an internal bank website that lists all the Special Contribution accounts we have here at the bank in case someone goes into one of the branches. The banks website is CSBT.com if anyone needs to locate a branch and the address on the account is under your father’s address in case they send him a check manually or through their internet bill pay. If their bank allows bank to bank transfers, also known as wire transfers, they will just need the routing and account # provided along with the name.
