Charles Harvey Dale Patterson

Charles Harvey Dale Patterson passed away peacefully on October 6 surrounded by his loving family. He was a devoted husband, father, cherished grandfather, great grandfather, and a dear friend to many. Born in Wichita, Kansas, Charles lived a life filled with love, laughter and kindness. He was known for his warm smile, gentle demeanor, and steadfast faith in his Savior. Charles dedicated many years of service to Gates Rubber Company where he met his wife, Patricia. He retired as a mail carrier where he was admired for his hard work, reliability, and integrity. His commitment and positive spirit left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing or working with him. In his free time, Charles loved hiking outdoors, watching old western movies and spending time playing cards (Texas Rummy) with family and friends. These simple pleasures brought him great joy and reflected his easygoing nature and love of togetherness. He will be deeply missed by his three daughters, Lorrie English, Barbara (William) Doe, and Susan Starling - as well a his 9 grandkids and 15 great-grandchildren. Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife, his parents, his brother, and his sister. His legacy of love, faith, and kindness will live on in the hearts of all that knew him.
