Daniel Rodriguez, born on August 24, 1951, in the heart of Texas, drew his final breath on March 16, 2024, in Denver, Colorado, surrounded by love and memories. His passing leaves behind a void felt deeply by his family and friends.
Daniel cherished his roots and was fiercely proud of his service in the United States Marine Corps. His dedication and bravery were evident throughout his military career, leaving a lasting legacy of honor and commitment.
More than anything, Daniel adored his family. His four grandchildren and one great-grandchild held a special place in his heart, filling his life with joy and laughter. His love for them knew no bounds, and his presence in their lives will be sorely missed.
Known for his infectious laughter and boundless energy, Daniel was the life of every gathering. His upbeat demeanor and unwavering positivity illuminated the lives of those around him, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Daniel's zest for life was unmatched, and his memory will continue to live on in the countless hearts he touched. His passing is mourned by his son, Santiago (Cori) Rodriguez; cherished grandchildren, Christopher Maes, Mateo Rodriguez, Nathan Rodriguez, and Sadie Rodriguez; adored great-grandchild, Camila Maes; beloved brothers, Eddie (Juana) Rodriguez, Roland Rodriguez, and Henry Rodriguez; dear sisters, Terry Rodriguez (and husband Ben Leal) and Stella Duque.
While Daniel's physical presence may be gone, his spirit will forever reside in the cherished memories of those he leaves behind. He is reunited in eternity with his parents, Edward and Rosie Rodriguez; brother, Joe Rodriguez; and sisters, Mary Rodriguez and Gloria Guglielmetti.
To honor and celebrate Daniel's remarkable life, his family invites all who knew and loved him to a gathering on Thursday, March 28, 2024. The event will commence with a viewing at 1:00 PM, followed by a service at 2:00 PM, and conclude with a committal service at 3:00 PM. These ceremonies will take place at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary and Cemetery, located at 6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121.
Daniel is survived by his son, Santiago (Cori) Rodriguez; grandchildren, Christopher Maes and fiance Victoria, Mateo Rodriguez, Nathan Rodriguez, Sadie Rodriguez; great grandchild, Camila Maes; brothers, Eddie (Juana) Rodriguez, Roland Rodriguez, Henry Rodriguez; sisters, Terry Rodriguez and husband Ben Leal, Stella Duque.
