Don was an institution here at the Park Lane. We all still talk about his contributions and miss him at meetings and social events. My sympathies go out to Cynthia and family.

We leased a condominium from the Blanchard's for several years prior to
purchasing it. We could not have asked for a better landlord than Don Blanchard.
Life here at the Park Lane was made brighter by the presence of Don and Cynthia.

I was on the Finance Committee with Don at the Park Lane for over 10 years. Working with him was a pleasure. We all learned a tremendous amount through his knowledge and expertise. I think of him often. Visiting with Don and Cynthia in the laundry room always made doing laundry much less of a chore!
