Dear Rita, Mike, Rhonda, Wade and the entire Elmore Family,

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Dad's sudden passing.  A wonderful man with a great personality, a fantastic  sense of humor and like Barry, a warm, wonderful and inviting smile.

We have been praying for you Rita and the rest of your family. Don was so dear to all of our hearts,he will be so greatly missed. We will never forget the fun times that Blake and Colby had the week they spent at your home. Great memories have been made and Don shared his love with so many.I'm so thankful that I sit and talked with Don for about an hour at the Reunion this year at Glenrose it will always be a special memory for me. We will miss Don popping his head over the fence to say hello.  It was amazing how our grandaughter Makenzie took to him whenever she saw him.  We will truly miss him.
As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comfortable by the love and support of family and friends

So sorry to hear of the passing of my cousin, Don. We didn't see each other very often but it was a fun time when we did. He was very close to my brother Richard. God bless you Rita and your family.

I had the honor of meeting Don through his son, Barry. I was looking forward to having him as a part of my life.

This is not easy for me to do, but here goes.

Mildred & I have had so many good time with Don & Rita over many years.  We will always have those.

I really enjoyed all the golf Don and I played.  He always sent me home with a couple bags of balls to play with in Texas.  Where will get those balls now?

We were so glad that we got to see him when we were there in June. 

Sorry we can not be there for the Service.  See you Rita on our next trip to Denver.

Don, we became friends the first day we met. I will always remember the look on your face when I said "I don't usually rent to Texans, but for you I will make an exception."  Our lives have definately been blessed by you and Rita.  I know you are in heaven with Barry and the other Angels and will watch over us all.  You were a wonderful man and your presence will be greatly missed.  Clinton and I will never forget you and will always stay in touch with Rita.  We love you both and know that we all shall meet again one day.  RIP my friend!  We love you.
