Elinor B Vrooman

Elinor Busino Vrooman has been called home by our Lord and departed this world on November 17, 2025, at the age of 89 years old. Elinor, known as Ellie, left peacefully for the gates of heaven. She leaves us with many memories of strength, love, and confidence. Elinor was born on May 29, 1936, in Schenectady, New York, to the late Orlando and Leonilda Busino.

Elinor's legacy of love and dedication will live on through the family and friends she held close to her heart. She was married for 66 years to Albro Dietz Vrooman Jr. and a loving mother to her children, Albro III (Toni), Jennifer (Jim), and Todd (Laura). She loved her grandchildren, and she treasured every moment with them -- Albro IV, Morgan, Lauren, Julia, Spencer, and Gianna.

Elinor was a woman who was loved by many. Her entire life, she was determined to be the best mother to her three children, and the best wife to Albro. She had the opportunity to be a stay-at-home mom, which served as a strong backbone for the family. Until the end of her time, she made sure that everyone around her knew how thankful she was.

Besides family and being a devoted wife, mother, Nana, and friend, Elinor loved her pink lipstick and always having her hair and nails done. She was very stylish and always knew how to make a statement. She enjoyed cooking a homemade Italian feast for family and friends. Elinor was not afraid to speak her mind but made sure to soften it with love and joy. She enjoyed the Rocky Mountains of Colorado along with the white sandy beaches of Marco Island, FL.

The funeral service for Elinor B. Vrooman is scheduled for December 5, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, with a celebration of life immediately following the Catholic Mass. The mass will be held at Risen Christ Catholic Parish, located at 3060 S Monaco St Pkwy, Denver, CO, 80222. In honor of Elinor's vibrant spirit and her love for color, we kindly ask guests to wear something colorful to the service.
