Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Monday, March 23 from 5-8 PM at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary. Joe will be laid to rest at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Tuesday with military honors rendered by the Mile High Honor Guard and the AllVets Honor Guard.
