To the Family of Freddy Delve - My name is Lewis Franzen and I went to school with your son and brother - When I played wheelchair basketball with the Cowboys, during home game Fred, and his brother, George were always there working the score board and keeping stats. There was even some out of town trip that they went all. They both became part to the team.  When I heard that Fred had passed, I wanted extended my sympathy to the entire family members. God Bless
