George Henry Delve

George passed away in the home where he was born and had lived all of his life.

George was born on February 14, 1951, in Denver, Colorado. He had worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield in their print shop. From there, he worked at the Auraria Campus Print Shop, where he retired at age 65.

Outside of work, George and Fred were inseparable. George made sure that Fred had as normal a life as possible. They traveled with the Rolling Cowboys for many years. They made several annual trips to Lake George in Utah with the Rolling Cowboys.

Both George and Fred loved to watch sports, especially the Denver Broncos’ football and the Denver Nuggets’ basketball.

George is survived by his brother Jim and sister-in-law Penny. Nieces Tammy Grantham and Michelle McMasters, nephew Scott Delve of Denver, CO, and sister-in-law Sarah Delve, niece Becky Sweet, and nephew JR Delve in Texas.

George was preceded in death by our Father Wyman, Mother Inez, and Brothers Mike, Fred, and Gene.

I would like to thank Ron Teeters and Kiko Quinones for being such good friends to George.

A Committal Service will be held at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary & Cemetery, 6601 South Colorado Blvd, Centennial, CO 80121, US, on June 12, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.
