She was a beautiful soul who was deeply devoted to her faith, family, and friends. She grew up in New York during the Great Depression which instilled in her the life lessons to always share and give back to others. She spent most of her free time volunteering for numerous organizations such as the Alter Guild
and Quilters at Bethany Lutheran Church, Meals on Wheels, Welcome to Colorado, Multiple Sclerosis Society, Swedish Medical Center, and Cherry Creek Schools. She was well travelled, enjoyed playing bridge, golf and bowling.
The family moved from New York to Colorado in 1972. Gladys never lost her New York grit nor her New York accent. We say goodbye but never farewell. You were loved dearly in life and you will be deeply missed. We will cherish the memories and remember the lessons and love you gave us. We have peace
knowing where your faith has taken you. We love you!!!
