Jack was born on April 22, 1934 in Fort Collins, Colorado. He graduated from Ault High School in 1952 and he graduated from Phillips University in Enid Oklahoma, in 1956 with his Bachelor's degree. He retired in 1995 after 39 years in data processing.
Jack was preceded in death by his wife Ardella, his parents Blake and Hannah Armstrong, his elder brother Gilbert, sister Joann, and younger brother Albert.

Blake from Bayfield, Colorado
Lynn (Dean) from Bethany, Missouri
Jim (Kathy) from St. Petersburg, Florida and
Kent (Kim) from Centennial, Colorado

A celebration of life for Jack will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 6322 S Lakeview St, Littleton, Colorado 80120.
