Joan Kathleen Oakes, of Centennial, Colorado passed peacefully on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at the age of 90. She is predeceased by her parents Leo J. and Kathleen Oakes of Rochester, NY. Sister Dorothea "Dottie" of CO, Brothers Leo, John "Jack", Robert "Bob" of NY, Donald "Doc" of TX and sister in law Coralie of NY. She is survived by her sisters in law Patricia of TX and Mary Ellen of NY, loving nieces Lisa, Susan (Robert), Nina (Edward), and nephews John, James and Daniel (Tara). Great-nieces, nephews, and cousins, along with many lifelong treasured friends.
