Survivors include her husband, Jimmy R. Cheek, Jr; daughter, Jenny Cheek; son, Justin Cheek; sister, Janice Alvarado; brother, Larry Miodowski and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Karen's Life will be held at 10:00 am, Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, with visitation being held one hour prior, from 9:00-10:00 am. Burial will be held in Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery.
