

Born in Pasadena, Texas on November 20, 1954 to James and Keats Brazell; Kerry grew up in her home town of Austin.
Graduating from Stephen F. Austin High School and later receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Texas University; Kerry began working in her teens and had a strong work ethic. Her last position in Austin was as Assistant Buyer for the iconic Yaring's Department Store.
She moved to Houston, and later to Denver to work in the oil and gas industry where she met her husband, David. While working full time Kerry attended the University of Northern Colorado, receiving her Master's degree in Psychology. Kerry and David have one child, Kelsi Stimack.
Kerry was a loyal, faithful and loving wife, mother, daughter and sister.
Diagnosed with ovarian cancer five years ago, she continued to live life to the fullest, and she remained deeply involved in her daughter's life and education right up to the last days of her life.
She is survived by her husband David Stimack; daughter Kelsi; mother Keats Brazell; brother James Brazell; sister Kelly Ferris; and niece Rachel Brazell.
