Laverne Henning, age 87, passed away on February 21, 2026. She was born on October 26, 1938, in California, where she was raised and grew a beautiful family. She later lived in Goodyear, Arizona, with her husband before settling in Denver, Colorado.
Laverne was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose family meant everything to her. She enjoyed reading, playing golf, and shopping. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family and was especially proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Henning; her son, Dale; her parents, Harold and Blanche Roche; her brother, Everett; and her sister, Dolores.
Laverne is survived by her daughter, Susan Rose, and her son, David Henning; five grandchildren, Sarah, Emily, Jacoby, Braddock, and Cannon; and two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Evelyn.
Laverne will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who knew her.
