“Skeeter” was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was married to her sweetheart, “the most wonderful man in the world,” Roy, for almost seventy-two years, until his passing in 2014. Together they had two children, Sandra and John, three grandchildren, Cortney (Hope), Mariah (Chris), and Lori (David), and ten great-grandchildren, Bridger (Gabie), Madison, Eli, Lucas, Maxwell, Aidan, Harrison, Avaleigh, Jude, and Ellorie.
“Skeeter” was very active throughout her life enjoying spending time with family, traveling, painting, puzzles, games, bowling, dancing, shopping, swimming, and being the life of every party! She was even a beauty queen! There wasn’t much that “Skeeter” missed, but we sure miss her!
