Margaret Pauline Reymann passed from this earth on October 14th at the age of 85 after fighting a courageous battle against cancer. Margaret was born in a small town in southern Colorado to Rosa and Henry Hasty on March 14th, 1933.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband George. She is survived by her for 4 children, daughter Valorie Reymann of Albuquerque New Mexico, son Gary Reymann of Aurora, Colorado, son Randy Reymann of Littleton, Colorado and daughter Kathy Bond of Los Lunas, New Mexico and her sister Marie Williams of Albuquerque. She had 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
While Margaret was born in Colorado, she spent her teen years in Santa Fe and graduated high school from Santa Fe High. Her father Henry worked at the Los Alamos labs. She spent the majority of her life raising her family in the Albuquerque area and moved to Colorado to be with her sons following the death of her husband.
Margaret was loved by all who knew her. People were immediately attracted to her vibrant sense of humor and her selfless personality. Even during the darkest days of her battle with cancer she never complained and always managed a smile. Margaret is remembered for her immense courage, unimaginable strength and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Margaret's name to the American Cancer Society.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018 at 10:00 am at Olinger Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6601 S Colorado Blvd, Centennial, Colorado 80121, followed by a Celebration of Life Reception from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Margaret will be laid to rest, privately, at Olinger Chapel Hill Cemetery.
